Vouliagmeni Beach is located 20 km away from the center of Athens and has facilities for swimming, sunbathing (umbrellas, sun beds, showers) and sports (tennis, basketball, volleyball). Facilities include four beach bars and a restaurant. The beach includes facilities for disabled guests. Photo: etasa.gr According to an announcement, ETAD aims for the property to be managed with high quality standards with modern infrastructure that respects the environment. All prospective bidders wishing to participate in the tender must must first pay a fee in order to receive the tender documentation. Interested parties can receive the documentation at ETAD’s office in Athens, on 7 Voulis Street, 7th floor, office 705, from 15 May 2014 until 20 June 2014, from 9am until 3pm. The fee to obtain the tender documentation is 1,000 euros. The announcement of a bidder will take place on 29 July 2014.
