Creta Maris Receives Gold Award For Offering A “Superb Hotel Experience”

The Creta Maris Beach Resort on Crete recently received the gold “Costumers Choice Award 2013” from the Apollo travel company, owned by Kuoni Travel.

The Cretan resort was honored for ensuring a “superb hotel experience” by offering great services and high quality holidays to visitors. Creta Maris received the highest scores for 4- and 5-star hotels in 2013 by Apollo customers.

“This award is proof that hard work translates to satisfied customers and this empowers all employees to continue to offer nothing but the best,” the management of Creta Maris said in an announcement.

Kuoni Travel is a leading global travel and destination management services company. It was founded in 1906 by the entrepreneur Alfred Kuoni in Zurich, Switzerland where it is based and specializes in tailor made and luxury holidays. In 2013, the Kuoni Group was named “World’s Leading Luxury Tour Operator” at the annual World Travel Awards.

Creta Maris Beach Resort is owned by Metaxas Group of Companies and has been operating since 1975. It has a capacity of 675 rooms, suites and bungalows, six restaurants, seven bars, seven swimming pools, a gym, spa, Asteria Children’s Club and many places for outdoor and indoor activities for children and adults.
