Nikki Beach Hotels & Resorts, a luxury lifestyle hotel management company, will open its newest resort in Porto Heli, Greece, in June 2014.

The company has converted the 1970’s former Youli hotel to the Nikki Beach Resort & Spa, a high-end lifestyle hotel and yacht club that includes 66 suites, restaurant, beach club, roof bar and spa facilities. According to reports, the total cost of the hotel’s renovation amounted to some 20 million euros.

The new hotel is developed by Dolphin Capital Investors and Swiss Development Group and is part of the integrated community “Porto Heli Collection” realized by Zoniro S.A. and was revamped by Gatsarelia Design in association with Athens-based Arch Group.

The beach front hotel has been renovated using Mediterranean elements fused with high-end design. “Making this a unique contemporary lifestyle boutique resort where Athenians and those ‘in the know’ aspire to be,” Dolphin Capital Investors said on its website.

According to Nikki Beach, the company’s aim is to create a new standard in luxury hotels, characterised by indisputably unique beachfront and urban locations, bespoke service and a distinctive entertainment for the most discerning travellers around World.
