13th historic acropolis rally finalSuperfast Ferries will be the transportation sponsor for the 13th Historic Acropolis Rally, scheduled to take place 5-9 June 2014. The Historic Acropolis Rally is the most famous and valuable event on the FIA’s European Sporting and Regularity Championship.

The event will traditionally start under the sacred rock of the Acropolis of Athens, leading the crews to the heart of Central Greece before settling for the night in the seaside town of Itea. The awards ceremony will take place the next day in Athens, at Filopappou Hill in full sight of the famous Parthenon of the Acropolis.

Superfast Ferries will actively support the rally and transport sporting crews and cars that will participate from abroad and, at the same time, showcase Greece.

The Historic Acropolis Rally is not just another event for historic cars. It is mainly a cultural event, celebrating the extraordinary natural beauty and tradition of Greece.

With spring in full bloom, the whole atmosphere is destined to give an unforgettable experience as the rally passes by historical areas like Delphi, providing a true historical background unlike any other in the world.

And to add to this, the famous Greek hospitality will await everybody during scheduled stops.

Superfast Ferries is member of Attica Group and operates between Greece and Italy and between Piraeus and Heraklion with a fleet of four ultra-modern car-passenger ferries.
