The expo will be held by the Hellenic Athletics Federation (SEGAS) and Be Best event company. The expo, which will focus on running products, marathon events and tourism services, will lead to the actual “Athens Marathon. Τhe Authentic” event on Sunday 9 November. According to SEGAS, this year’s expo will be the absolute sports event of Athens as participants will include a great number of the most reliable and well know firms in Greece, with the support of an impressive group of sponsors. Some 40,000 visitors are expected. Entrance to the “Athens Marathon Expo 2014 the Authentic” will be free of charge. At the expo, visitors will see products and services for runners, exclusive offers of sport brands, special packages and offers of Greek travel agencies and hotels, technology products and fitness equipment. Photo source: SEGAS Brochures and information about marathon and road races in Greece and all over the world will also be available and free medical tests on endurance will be given by specialized sport doctors. The Registration & Distribution Center for the runners of the “Athens Marathon. Τhe Authentic” will be also hosted in the TaeKwonDo Exhibition Center the same days.
