Greek State Privatization Fund Launches Tender For Seaside Property In Argolida, Peloponnese

The Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund (TAIPED) recently launched an international tender to select a bidder for a seaside property located in the “Sampariza” area in Thermissia, Argolida.

The property is located in the eastern part of Peloponnese, close to Ermioni and within close proximity to popular summer destinations in Greece, such as Porto Heli, Hydra and Spetses.

The surface of the property is 171 acres comprising two seaside plots of land (158 acres and 13 acres) that are separated by a road.

The area is suitable for creating hospitality/leisure facilities and holiday homes.

Interested parties should submit their bids by 22 September 2014.
