Event News Greek Holiday Property Market To Be Introduced In Sweden by GTP editing team 2 July 2014 written by GTP editing team 2 July 2014 0 comments Share 0FacebookTwitterLinkedinWhatsappEmail 9 Swedes visiting the second Grekland Panorama exhibition in Stockholm, Sweden, next year, will be fully informed on the Greek real estate sector in terms of tourism properties thanks to a new campaign in the works. The organizer of the Grekland Panorama 2015, Oslo-based communication agency North Events, has put together a campaign entitled “Your Second Home in Greece!” in order to attract potential buyers to Greece from Sweden. The “Your Second Home in Greece!” campaign will include a pavilion hosting Greek real estate companies at the Grekland Panorama exhibition, which will take place 13-15 February 2015 at the Ericsson Globe. “This is a unique opportunity for Greece to take initiative and attract buyers from one of the most lucrative and stable economies in Europe,” North Events said in an announcement. During the same dates of Grekland Panorama, the campaign will also be presented at the “Buying Properties Abroad” exhibition, organized by Fair Media, which will be taking place in an adjacent exhibition hall, the Annexet. The CEO of Fair Media, Bjorn Simonsson recently said that the Swedes are among the best real estate buyers across Europe due to their steadily growing economy – a result of the strong currency, the Swedish crown. According to North Events, the Greek real estate sector generally has been absent for several decades from the Scandinavian market. Meanwhile, it is quite common for Swedes to choose to buy properties in countries where they have spent their vacations. Currently, the top holiday property markets that attract Swedish buyers are in Spain, Turkey, Italy, France and Portugal. The latter offers significant incentives especially for retirees and those wanting to move permanently in the country. For more information visit www.panoramagreece.com or contact info@north-e.com.
