Along with the beach property, the tender includes the building complex “Okeanidas,” which was built in the 60s, but now stands closed. Interested parties are invited to submit their bids by 29 July at ETAD’s office in Athens, on 7 Voulis Street. Through the tender, ETAD aims for the organized beach to operate and service at least 2,500 visitors. Vouliagmeni Beach is one of the most popular beaches in Attica.
