UFI was founded in 1925 and is a worldwide organization representing the trade fair and exhibition industry. TIF has been a member of UFI since 1927. Andreas Daroudis. Photo source: TIF-Helexpo Mr. Daroudis will begin his term at the 81st UFI Congress in Bogota, Columbia (29 October-1 November 2014), following the annual general meeting. UFI operates three regional chapters: UFI Asia/Pacific Chapter, UFI Middle East/Africa Chapter and UFI European Chapter, which is the largest. The main objectives of the regional chapters deal with specific problems and focus on issues related to sub-regions with a view to strengthen the cooperation among members and promote the mission of UFI. Mr. Daroudis’ appointment is the second Greek presence in the UFI European Chapter. TIF-Helexpo Managing Director Kyriakos Pozrikidis is a member of the Board of Directors.
