From 18 July and every night, Titania’s rooftop “Olive Garden Restaurant & Bar” will offer the hotel’s guests and visitors of downtown Athens many creative dishes based on traditional and fresh local products. “Elassona’s lamb fricassee.” Photo source: Titania Hotel Dishes such as the “riganada with skotiri traditional cheese from Ios and beetroot leaves, vasilotiri cheese with mouchteron smoked ham and cumin,” the “burger with Gruyere cream from Agrafa, Florina pickled pepper, yogurt and coriander coleslaw,” the “corb fish and cod skordalia (roasted corb fish, cod croquette, celery root puree with garlic and ink, beetroot cream with walnut and olive oil from Kalamata)” and the “Elassona’s lamb fricassee (lamb leg sous vide with greens in egg-lemon sauce, olive oil from Kalamata and lamb flute with yogurt)” promises a journey that will “taste” and “smell” like Greece.
