Under this collaboration, SETE will leverage ReviewPro’s award-winning online reputation solution and analyze data on the indicators of guest satisfaction by Greek destination and hotel category. By comparing these figures with those of other destinations worldwide, SETE will gain insight on the competitive level of the Greek tourism product. The association will use the data for the analysis and development of targeted studies of the SETE Institute (InSETE) and Marketing Greece. The integrated system of ReviewPro’s reputation measurement provides detailed information on the level of satisfaction of visitors to hotels in Greece in relation to comparable destinations of other competing countries. ReviewPro’s solution analyzes both the visitor experience on an aggregated basis as well as an individual basis and includes the concepts of gastronomy, offered services and price/quality ratio.
