Photo: etasa.gr According to ETAD, the bidders interested in leasing Vouliagmeni Beach for the next 15 years are Apollo Investment Holdco and Lyvarian Trading Limited, Vlasios Stathokostopoulos-Porto Thermes Resorts & Spas SA, Motodynamics SA, Astir Palace Vouliagmeni SA, Hellenic Granite Company SA and Anastasios A. Drakos and Lampsa Hellenic Hotels SA. The company that wins the tender can extend its lease for another five years on top of the 15. ETAD aims for the property to be managed with high quality standards with modern infrastructure that respects the environment. Vouliagmeni Beach is located 20 km away from the center of Athens and has facilities for swimming, sunbathing (umbrellas, sun beds, showers) and sports (tennis, basketball, volleyball). Facilities include four beach bars and a restaurant. The beach includes facilities for disabled guests.
