According to reports, 40 percent of the holiday homes can be sold and the remainder will be available for rent. The resort on Ios will cover 181 stremma, divided into two parts. The first part will be located near the Kambara beach and second near the Diakofto peninsula. Moreover, the investing company also received permits to create two artificial beaches in the bays of Kambara and Maniata, as well as a platform for boats transporting guests.
