American actress Kirsten Dunst enjoyed shooting the movie “Two Faces of January” in Greece, because it gave her a chance to experience a working vacation, according to World Entertainment News Network (WENN). “The Two Faces of January,” starring Viggo Mortensen, Kirsten Dunst and Oscar Isaac, hit Greek theaters in June 2014. The film was one of the few films that received permission to shoot at the Acropolis and also includes scenes of Plaka and Crete (Chania Port, Chalepa district and Heraklio). According to WENN, the actress was thrilled when learned she would travel to Crete and Athens for the film since she would get a chance to experience the local culture in between scenes. “We walked to work from our hotel that most of us stayed in and everything was in close proximity to each other. If I got done early from work I’d go swimming in the sea which was such a luxury,” Kirsten Dunst told WENN. Working on a movie in Greece was like being on a vacation The actress said that she never really shot a movie where it felt like she was on vacation. “This is the only movie I’ve done where it’s been like that,” Kirsten Dunst added. The movie “Two Faces of January” is a thriller centered on a con artist, his wife, and a stranger who flee Athens after one of them is caught up in the death of a private detective.
