The airline informs about the latest news and products on its new travel agent website www.saa-experts.com in five European languages – German, English, French, Italian and Spanish – and enables participants to become SAA Experts. “In our multi-language edition of the eLearning program we share information about SAA in Europe, which is harmonized in terms of content and time,” said Michael Bentele, Head of Europe of South African Airways. The eLearning program is divided into five modules in each language providing useful and important information concerning travelling with SAA to Southern Africa. Each participant is conditioned to a success check by answering questions, which record the level of know-how at the end of each module. Two bottles of South African wine are raffled each month among the successful participants. In addition, attendants can also win two tickets in Economy Class including all taxes and fees to South Africa twice within the planned duration of one year. “The steady increase in passenger figures to South Africa and to Southern Africa confirms our approach of intensifying the cooperation with travel agents and providing them with the best possible support,” Mr. Bentele added. All employees within the travel industry can participate in the SAA eLearning program by registering on www.saa-experts.com. South African Airways operates from Johannesburg, South Africa, to 38 destinations worldwide.
