The competition is a featured event of the Global Entrepreneurship Week (17-23 November). The aim is to bring the most promising entrepreneurs from around the world in contact with investors, customers, and potential partners. Through 8 Regional Finals 8 startups will be selected for the International Final which will take place on 21 November 2014, in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. Open calls for Greece and Cyprus are taking place until 15 October 2014. How does the competition work? One startup from each country will be selected to represent their respective countries and compete in front of a jury and a live audience in the Regional Finals that will take place in Athens, Greece, between 14-16 November during the Disrupt 2014 event. 8 startups, one from each participating country (Greece, Cyprus, Italy, Portugal, Croatia, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Israel, Turkey), will compete in the Regional Finals where one startup will be selected to compete in the International Final.
