One of the largest tourism sector shows in southeast Europe, Philoxenia serves as a forum of exchange between regional market players and local tourism professionals and provides the chance to explore the business opportunities in both Greece and the wider Balkan region. During the weekend, Philoxenia is also open to the public to introduce new holiday destinations in Greece. In support of Philoxenia and Greek tourism, Greek Travel Pages (GTP) has launched the “Philoxenia 2014 Special”, a section that contains messages by Greece’s key tourism figures, industry professionals and regional governors on the significance of the Philoxenia expo for the Greek travel/tourism industry and today’s situation in Greek Tourism.
