Aristi Mountain Resort in Northern Greece Invests in Three New Villas

Aristi_AMR_AerialAristi Mountain Resort & Villas has invested 800,000 euros in three new two-story stone villas in the traditional village of Aristi, northern Greece, with immediate plans to further expand the complex with a 1-million-euro investment plan in place.

Aristi_AMR_37Recognizing the dynamic growth of the region as a prime tourist destination, the new Aristi investment aims at upgrading infrastructure to cater to the increasing tourist demand.

A member of the Small Luxury Hotels network, Aristi Mountain Resort & Villas has been nominated for the annual World Luxury Hotel Awards (Luxury Mountain Resort category) to take place on 6 December in South Africa.

“The new road networks to be completed by next year have given the Zagori destination a new boost and motivated us to make this new investment,” Aristi Mountain Resort & Villas owner Vasilis Iosisfidis said.

“Our respect for the natural environment and its sustainable development, as well as our commitment to quality and authenticity led us to the latest high quality infrastructure.”

Aristi_AMR_Houses_010Nestled in the Zagorohoria villages at the foot of the Pindus mountain range, the Aristi Mountain Resort boasts a total of 24 luxury rooms, suites and villas and offers the latest amenities including a spa and wellness center as well as the finest cuisine at Salvia, its restaurant, serving traditional dishes made from local production and accompanied by the finest wines from the Epirus region.

In the last two years, there has been a rise in foreign tourists visiting the hotel. A total of 50% of the hotel’s visitors are now from abroad, primarily from Israel, the U.K., the U.S., Germany and France.
