At the same time, the Aristion 2015 Extra Virgin Olive Oil quality contest will award the finest production of the year. Greece is the world’s third leading olive oil producer yielding over 430,000 tons of olive oil annually. The 7th Eleotechnia fair, organized by Compass Expo Limited, aims to represent the 1,000,000 families involved in the sector which contributes a fair share to the national economy. Parallel events, workshops, seminars and meetings have been scheduled to take place on the sidelines of the event. In the meantime, organizers of the expo together with the Greek Mediterranean Diet Club invite interested parties to participate in this year’s Eleotechnia 2015 tasting event featuring Greek foods and beverages to take place in the coming months in a central London hotel.
