Mr. Botrini will use local products from the Epirus region, in northern Greece, to create innovative dishes, everything from breakfast to dinner and in between, that combine tradition and the latest in modern culinary art. “I Cappuccini” bar-restaurant. The Greek-Italian chef has created a special menu for “I Cappuccini” integrating Italian touches into traditional Epirot cuisine. The menu includes local cheese and deli meats, fresh breads, inventive salads and intricate desserts. Botrini’s culinary interventions will include the hotel’s catering service too. The 200-room Epirus Palace Hotel is located in the historic town of Ioannina. At the heart of the so-called Greek Alps, besides offering hospitality and accommodation it is also an ideal choice for conference and company events. Brought up on the Ionian island of Corfu, Mr. Botrini studied Business Management and Administration at the School of Tourism in Switzerland.
