From the Dreamscapes collection of Mily Martionou. Abstract painter Mily Martionou meets sculpture Vangelis Polyzou at the In2 art exhibition at the Sofitel Athens Airport hotel. “Mily Martionou and Vangelis Polyzos are two artists that started from two different reference points to end with the same common denominator: the perpetual quest for inner peace and completeness through the elements of nature,” said the general manager of Sofitel Athens Airport, Cyril Manguso. Sculpture from the latest collection of Vangelis Polyzou. Martionou’s dreamy landscapes full of mysterious light, action and color are showcased in perfect harmony with the giant three-dimensional fragile metal flowers of Vangelis Polyzou. “Their coexistence in our hotel reflects the hosting of diversity and bridging it through common human ideals.” The hotel lobby will host the works of the two different, yet similar, visual artists until February 28, 2015.
