Founded in 1980, in the East Macedonia and Thrace region, the Falakro ski center has remained idle for several years due licensing and infrastructure issues. Under the supervision of the Region of Eastern Macedonia-Thrace, the Social Cooperative Corporation has received a five-year license to operate the Falakro ski center.
