The fee, collected at all Greek airports overseen by the Hellenic Civil Aviation Authority (HCAA), will be incorporated into the ticket and will be collected by the airlines on behalf of the Greek government, which will in turn compensate providers offering ground assistance services for disabled passengers and passengers with reduced mobility at all of the country’s airports. Passengers under two, transit passengers and crewmembers are exempt from the fee. Follow GTP Headlines on Google News to keep up to date with all the latest on tourism and travel in Greece.
