Galaxy Bar in Athens Ranked One of “World’s 10 Best Rooftop Bars”

The Galaxy Bar of the Hilton Athens hotel was named one of the top 10 rooftop bars in the world by Premier Traveler magazine, a leading, award winning American publication for frequent and luxury travelers.

In each issue, Premier Traveler’s panel of globe-trotting experts selects only the best of the best to be listed in their exclusive PT Picks list. In the 2015 February/ March issue, the magazine revealed 10 of the best rooftop bars around the globe and Galaxy Bar ranked among the elite. Galaxy bar received its ranking following research carried out by Premier Traveler experts who selected the most outstanding choices to be presented to its readers for inspiring “don’t-miss” travel ideas.

According to the Hilton Athens, Galaxy’s popularity can be attributed to its spectacular panoramic view of the Athenian landscape by night, including the Acropolis, as well as its huge selection of cocktails, sophisticated DJ sets and impeccable service.
