Ryanair carried over 5.4 million customers in February with 91 percent of its 34,000 flights arriving on-time, according to the airline’s February 2015 customer service statistics released on Thursday.

The statistics also showed that during the same month, Ryanair experienced less than 1 complaint per 1,000 passengers, less than 1 bag complaint per 1,000 passengers and over 99 percent of all complaints answered within 7 days.

According to Ryanair’s Robin Kiely, along with the successful February figures, the airline continues to improve its customer experience.

“All Ryanair customers may now bring a small second bag on board, make faster bookings and register their details on our easier to use website and brand new app, travel with mobile boarding passes, enjoy allocated seating, and use their personal electronic devices at all stages of their flight, as Ryanair continues to deliver so much more than just the lowest fares in every one of our markets,” Mr. Kiely said.
