In the meantime, on March 29, professionals will explore the potential of fishing tourism during the “Invest In Blue Entrepreneurship” workshop. The day event aims to introduce fishing tourism as an alternative form of travel particularly in view of favorable legislation that paves the way for new investments in the promising sector. During the show, dozens of exhibitors will present products devoted to fishing, boating, camping, hunting and the great outdoors, everything from jet skis and speed boats to fishing gear and diving lessons. Sea sports lovers, amateurs and pros will get the chance to share secrets and tips. An ideal sailing destination, Greece offers a wide variety of choices for holidays on boat. Professional yacht or bareboat charter companies will also be on the spot to provide information, advice and deals. The expo and workshop are being held under the auspices of the Greek National Tourism Organization (GNTO), the Economy, Infrastructure, Shipping and Tourism ministry, the Greek Islands Chamber Development Group, the municipality of Marousi and the National Small Sea Boat Mechanics Association.
