Hellenic Aviation Society to Hold Crisis Communications Conference

The Hellenic Aviation Society will hold a crisis communications conference on April 2 at the Divani Palace Acropolis in Athens.

Under the title “Dealing with Accidents at High Risk Entities”, the Hellenic Aviation Society will provide participants with an understanding of the importance of effective communication in the event of a crisis.

Topics will be presented by high profile speakers from the Greek Air Accident Investigation & Aviation Safety Board, the Flight Safety Foundation, Aegean Airlines and the La Réunion Aérienne company.

In addition, a communications specialist will head one of the conference’s session’s under the title “Challenging Communication in High Profile Industries”.

The conference will be attended by representatives from the industry such as transport mode managers, public officials, academics, communication managers, PR managers, crisis/emergency managers and emergency response coordinators.
