Penny & the Swingin’ Cats LIVE at Athens International Airport

On Friday, April 24, and for the second time around, Penny & the Swingin’ Cats will bring swing, jive and rockabilly tunes to the “Musicport” of Athens International Airport (AIA).

Getting inspired by the American dance music of the past and with their first mini album “Retro” in hand, Penny & the Swingin’ Cats  promise a glamorous and uplifting live gig at the Athens International Airport.

Penny & The Swingin’ Cats music band were formed 2009-2010 and have been supporting acts for several international artists such as Marc Almond, Imany and Royal Crown Revue.

The band’s members are: Penny Baltatzi, George Zervos, Orestis Benekas, Dimitri Grigoriadis, Vangelis Katsarelis and Stathis Paraskevopoulos.

The band will perform 13:30-14:30 at the Airport’s Shopping Center, an area open to the public.

“Musicport” is part of the “Fly me to the Moon”, a manifold cooperation between Athens International Airport and ελculture cultural platform.
