During their stay in the Greek capital, the group took a tour to the sacred site of the Acropolis, visited the Acropolis Museum, strolled in the historic center of the city and got a taste of “Athens by night”.

The fam trip included a day cruise to the islands of the Argosaronic during which the journalists got to know Poros, Hydra and Aegina.

According to the head of the GNTO office in Italy, Kiriaki Boulasidou, the group returned to Italy with the best of impressions on the accommodation and the services provided to them during their stay in Athens.

“The great value of the fam trip will appear from the publicity in the Italian press prior to the start of the season”, she said.

The fam trip was held in cooperation with Aegean Airlines. The General Panhellenic Federation of Tourism Enterprises (GEPOET) assisted with the transfers of the journalists.
