MSC ‘Musica’: When Luxury Sails Greek Waters

MSC Musica 08Luxury liner MSC Musica has set sail for Greek waters with Piraeus as its first port of call on May 7.

MSC Musica 02_1To mark the event, travel experts Top Kinisis, representing MSC Cruises in Greece and Cyprus, invited 25 tour operators for an in-house experience of the lavish cruise ship.

One of the largest vessels to dock at the Greek port, the 92,400-ton MSC Musica can accommodate 3,200 passengers served by 1,000 crew members. Of its 1,275 passenger cabins, 827 have their own balcony adding to the experience of elegance.

A total of 16 restaurants and bars, a 3,500-seat theater, a casino, a fitness center with a panoramic view to the open sea, seven jacuzzis and three swimming pools, a beauty center, 24-hour room service and child care are just some of the amenities on board the MSC Musica guaranteeing a memorable voyage.

The MSC Musica set off from Venice and will begin its tour of the Eastern Mediterranean picking up passengers from Piraeus and then off to Corfu – Kotor – Venice – Bari – KatakoloSantorini and back to Piraeus. This route will be repeated every Thursday throughout the summer until mid-November.

Sister ship MSC Poesia has also begun weekly cruises on the route Venice – Bari – Katakolo – Izmir – Istanbul – Dubrovnik – Venice, accepting passengers from Katakolo as of late May.
