Turkish_Airlines_African_FestAiming to strengthen cultural exchanges between countries and people, Turkish Airlines recently sponsored the 14th African Festival of Food, Music and Handicrafts in Athens.

The festival took place on May 23-24 at the Moraitis School in Psychico and gave Athenians the opportunity to sample African food and discover unique cultural elements within an environment surrounded with African music, dances and arts.

“Besides carrying passengers to more than 270 destinations, Turkish Airlines also carries cultural experiences that strengthen the ties between people allowing them to get to know each other and get closer”, the General Manager of Turkish Airlines in Athens, Alp Yavuzeser, said during the festival.
