Aviation experts and professionals, public service authorities and university students explored ways that government services and private business ventures can join forces towards improving the infrastructure and services provided at airports, including environmental protection, evacuation, search and rescue services, humanitarian assistance, air safety, ground damage control as well as staff training. “9th Aviation – Present and Future” conference Organized by iForce Communications, under the auspices of the Economy, Infrastructure, Maritime Affairs and Tourism Ministry, with the support of airport security forces and pilots, the conference concluded that entering a PPP would be the most effective solution towards meeting aviation needs including renewing the fleet of firefighting aircraft, co-financing the procurement of equipment and flight instruments, maintenance requirements, training personnel as well as the technological upgrade of security systems.
