Event News Travel Agency Body Chiefs to Meet in Basque Country in November by GTP editing team 25 June 2015 written by GTP editing team 25 June 2015 0 comments Share 0FacebookTwitterLinkedinWhatsappEmail 6 The heads of the trade bodies representing travel agencies worldwide will meet in Euskadi, Basque Country, on November 4-6, for the 3rd Summit of Travel Agencies Associations. Organized by the Spanish Confederation of Travel Agencies (CEAV) in collaboration with the Basque Tourism Agency (BASQUETOUR), the three-day event is expected to attract travel agency association presidents and CEOs from over 80 countries. Deputy Minister of Trade & Tourism of the Basque Country Itziar Epalza and CEAV President Rafael Gallego Nadal, during FITUR 2015, during the summit’s official announcement. The summit will focus on challenges and increasing demands of the sector and will provide a ground of exchange of ideas, experiences and knowhow. The 1st Summit was held in 2013 in Cordoba, Andalusia.
