In collaboration with TÜV Academy, the new educational program will provide training in classification inspection for the stars and keys system. More specifically, individuals completing the course will be able to conduct inspections at hotel enterprises, rooms to let, apartments, pensions and all other forms of accommodation facilities and issue certification based on the existing legal framework. Areas to be covered include the implementation of the regulatory and legal framework, evaluation and classification procedures for granting special rankings, inspection guidelines based on international standards, instruction for the use of the Hellenic Chamber of Hotels platform, as well as sector challenges. Participants will be awarded a TÜV Academy Certificate of Attendance upon completion of the 16-hour program. The courses will run in Athens on September 28-29, Thessaloniki on October 7-8, Heraklion, Crete on October 21-22, and in Chania on October 23-24.
