Tentatively titled Bourne 5, the American production, directed by Paul Greengrass, features Academy Award-winning Damon as Jason Bourne, a spy with super hero talents. “Without giving too much of it away, it’s Bourne through an austerity-riddled Europe and in a post-Snowden world,” Damon said. “It seems like enough has changed, you know? There are all these kinds of arguments about spying and civil liberties and the nature of democracy.” Besides Damon, Bourne 5 also stars Julia Stiles and Tommy Lee Jones. “We’re starting in Greece, you know, the beginning of democracy,” Damon said, adding that shooting will end in Las Vegas. Bourne 5 is set to hit cinemas on July 29, 2016. Follow GTP Headlines on Google News to keep up to date with all the latest on tourism and travel in Greece.
