The first stop of visitors to the second edition of the 100% Hotel Show was the exhibition of the winners and participants of the first “100% Hotel Design Awards”.

The awards, to be given during the third edition of the 100% Hotel Show in November, will highlight the determining role design can play in hotel decoration and renovation. (Press here for last year’s winners.)

The competition is open to architectural offices and those directly associated with a nominated project such as hotel owners or event management companies.

According to the event’s organizer Demand Customize Marketing, the 100% Hotel Design Awards aim to present the most innovative and functional ideas that have been implemented in the hotel industry and also to applaud the architects and designers who stand out for their work.

The majority of categories are associated with projects that have already been implemented. However, the organizers have added the special category “Non-implemented Projects / Proposals”, which is expected to be the focus of attention of hoteliers interested in listening to new ideas for their unit.

The competition is made possible with the Strategic Partnership and Curation of Archisearch.gr online platform for Architecture and Design. Curator this year is Architect Aris Giannopoulos, founder of WoARCHITECTS.

Nominations are open now through October 25, 2015. For further information and the nomination form press here.

The 100% Hotel Show is the Greek exhibition addressed especially to hoteliers and tourism professionals and will run November 27-30, 2015, at the MEC exhibition center in Peania, eastern Attica.
