Grekland Panorama organizers are visiting the island of Crete, as their first stop in a series of destination events aiming to inform local tourism professionals about the Polish and Swedish markets, where this year’s “Panorama Greece” exhibitions will take place.

North Events_The Crete agenda includes Chania today at 7.30pm at the KAM-Arsenali, Venetian Port; Rethymno on Wednesday, at 7pm at the Rethymno Hoteliers Association; and Heraklion on Friday, at 11.30am, at the Region of Crete offices.

Organized by tourism consultants North Events, the 1st Grecka Panorama will be held in Warsaw, on December 11-13, at the Torwar Arena, and the 3rd Grekland Panorama will run in Stockholm on February 12-14, at the Ericsson Globe.

In efforts to inform Greek tourism professionals of the importance of participation in the annual exhibits and the benefits of tapping into the Scandinavian and Polish markets, North Events has lined up the following Greece destinations as part of its info tour: Rhodes, Kos, the Peloponnese and Halkidiki.

The Grekland Panorama and Grecka Panorama expos are supported by the Greek Tourism Ministry, the Greek National Tourism Organization, the Hellenic Chamber of Hotels, the Hellenic Hotel Federation, the Hellenic Association of Travel and Tourist Agencies (HATTA), the Hellenic-Swedish Chamber of Commerce and the Greek Tourism Confederation (SETE).

The Greek Travel Pages (GTP) is a main media sponsor of the exhibitions.
