The Celestyal Cruises Human Resources department picked up five awards at the HR Awards 2015, including the Gold Award for Best Change Management Strategy. Hosted by Boussias Communications, the HR Awards 2015 took place on October 1 at the Athens Concert Hall – Megaron. The Celestyal Cruises HR department also won the Silver Award for Best Cross Border Integration, the Silver Award for Effective Strategies-Total Reward Practices, the Bronze Award for Excellence in Workplace Well-Being and the Honorary Mention for Performance Management Strategy. “In the midst of the special political and economic circumstances the Greek marketplace and its companies have experienced throughout 2015, the HR awards we received are quite significant for Celestyal Cruises,” said Taleen Tchalikian, Celestyal Cruises Human Resources Director. Celestyal Cruises’ HR director, Taleen Tchalikian and HR supervisor, Irene Apostolou. Celestyal Cruises’ HR department has embraced modernization and innovative practices and strategies to respond to an era in which almost every company and organization worldwide faces difficulties. The department continues to seek new ways to improve its performance and create an ideal and productive workplace for the Celestyal Cruises team, both in its offices and on board its ships. “Our collective hard work continues to pay off – it’s the driving force of our success and the reason we are optimistic about our future course”, Ms Tchalikian said. During her speech, she gave credit to the company’s HR team, which includes Irene Apostolou, Yiota Karatsi, Maria Stylianou and Katerina Tzimogianni, “each of whom has made every effort to do her absolute best for our department and for the entire Celestyal Cruises family.” Celestyal Cruises is the only home-porting cruise line in Greece.
