Launched by Greek hotel management company HotelBrain, the “braining” (training) center aims to efficiently prepare the future key players of the company’s hotel management teams and offers experiential learning with practical training, rather than theoretical focus. The HotelBrain Braining Centre is addressed to higher education graduates, hotel owners and/or managers, as well as to people already employed in or that wish to work in the hospitality and tourism industry. “Through the process of practical education (Braining), HotelBrain aspires to create the hotel staff of tomorrow and also prepare those who will be selected as the next ambassadors dedicated to excellence.” – Panos Paleologos, HotelBrain Founder and Chairman Held for the fourth year, the seminars will run on a 5-month cycle and focus on the methodology, expertise and quality standards of HotelBrain. “Brainees” will be trained in accordance to the hotel operation system that is strictly followed by over 120 hotels that are under the management of HotelBrain and located in Greece, Lebanon, Turkey, Cyprus and Serbia. Having completed the 5-month training program, all “Brainees” will be certified with the Certificate of HotelBrain Operation Management System and have the opportunity to work in one of HotelBrain’s hotel partners in Greece or abroad. The seminars will take place within the HotelBrain facilities in Glyfada and all sessions will be taught by qualified, renowned and experienced hotel management trainers. Distinguished guest speakers will contribute to the seminars. The 5-month seminars for the 2015 – 2016 period will begin on November 2. Applications should be received by Monday, October 26, 2015. The HotelBrain Braining Centre is also offering two 4-week fast track seminars on “Reservations & Sales Management” and “Operation & Quality Assurance”.
