Time really flies. In a few days the WTM 2015 will open its gates. However, this forthcoming WTM is the most crucial for Greece in the recent years. Greece will have the opportunity to communicate the message to the Tourist Industry that “whatever doesn’t kill us, makes us stronger”. All involved in the Greek Tourist Industry should converge to London and each company should promote from its perspective Greece, its beauties and the “Myth” it represents.

The Argo Travel Group as a DMC for Greece couldn’t be out of WTM, especially this year. In 2015 the Argo Travel Group was a very industrious continuing the penetration to markets in the Far East like Thailand, Vietnam, China, Korea and India. Our Shanghai office has opened up new Chinese markets both in group and FIT. Our associated office in Bangkok will be up and running before the end of the year. In April we founded our office in Santorini that so far had an excellent performance despite the Capital Controls and the financial anomalies Greece faced this summer. The feedback we got from our clients is excellent and it looks like Argo Santorini is a very promising investment with exceptional prospects.

Argo Platinum, our department that deals with top VIP and demanding clientele had yet another impeccable year. We continue to invest in this market segment by recruiting more hardened professionals in this field.
