Astir Palace_ThanksgivingThis year’s set menu includes sweet pumpkin soup with ginger scented with winter truffle; a green salad with pecan, pomegranate and feta; roasted turkey breast filled with chestnut, pine nuts and sage, accompanied by mashed potatoes with fried onions, roasted Brussels sprouts, squash and dried cranberries.

For dessert, there is sweet tart with caramelized apples, almond crumble, and cinnamon sauce scented with Calvados.
Price per person: 60 euros. Children under 12 years: 25 euros per child.
