Apply by November 30th Endeavor, the global non-profit organization supporting high-impact entrepreneurship, is searching for the next Greek entrepreneurs to join its network aiming at further growing their company and creating more jobs. The application process starts today, Monday, and will close on November 30. Endeavor is looking for the future business leaders from all sectors with passion and enthusiasm that will become role models for the future generations and make a difference in Greece and abroad. Their companies must demonstrate a turnover from €1m to €30m with significant traction and growth potential. In Greece, 16 companies with significant presence in their sectors and growth potential have already joined the network, such as Hellas Direct, Papadimitriou C.C., HotelBrain, Insurance Market, ERGON, Think Digital Group, BrainBox, Green Cola, Travelplanet24/Tripsta, Frezyderm and Blueground. Companies in Endeavor network increase their revenues and jobs by 50% on average since joining the network. The entrepreneurs’ assessment and selection is a rigorous process, consisting of a series of interviews with members of Endeavor network locally and internationally and culminating at International Selection Panels, held five times per year. Selected entrepreneurs are given world class strategic advice and other services according to their needs and priorities from Endeavor’s mentors and partners, such as EY and DDB & Tribal Worldwide Athens, have access to markets through Endeavor’s powerful network and access to funding through the partnership with National Bank of Greece and the international network and investors. Additionally, they utilize Endeavor’s corporate and academic partnerships for access to talent and capacity building. This process helps them further grow their business, create jobs and become role models. Since 1997, the 1,200+ Endeavor Entrepreneurs from 500+ companies selected globally have created more than 500,000 jobs and in 2014 they generated over $8 billion in revenues. The Board of Directors of Endeavor Greece is chaired by Michael D. Chandris, Chairman, Chandris Group; and vice-chaired by Mareva Grabowski, Co-Founder & Managing Partner, Zeus + Dione, who is also the founder of the Greek affiliate.
