International tourism experts and Greek hoteliers will focus on the current trends that compose the “boutique hotel experience” in terms of infrastructure, architecture, branding and services, at the Hospitality.Next conference on Thursday, November 19, in the Maroussi Plaza in Athens.

The keynote speaker of the “Hospitality.Next: Building a Boutique Destination” conference will be Serge Trigano, a key figure in the European hotel industry. An expert in hospitality, Serge Trigano was President of Club Med during the company’s golden era and also the inspirer and founder of Mama Shelter Hotels, the innovative hospitality concept that spreads dynamically from Paris to LA and from Istanbul to Seoul.

The Hospitality.Next international speakers list include Muriel Muirden, Executive Vice President of Strategy – WATG, who will focus on trends and influences on the “Hotel of Tomorrow” and Adam Hamadache, Associate Director – Cranleigh Boutique Hotel, Founder – The Wow Guest Group, who will present marketing secrets that boost direct bookings. Sue Ockwell, Founder Director, Travel PR, will give the audience a lesson in crisis management and reveal the five facts that every Greek tourism company must be aware of.

The conference’s list of speakers includes Greek hoteliers will share their expertise through the conference’s discussion panels.

The first panel discussion of the day will be focused on “designing the ultimate boutique experience” with Konstantinos Alexopoulos, Managing Director, Domotel Hotels & Resorts; Alexandra Efstathiadou, owner Ekies All Senses Resort; and Manos Konstantinou, co-owner In[n]Athens.
