The ISO 9001 compliance demonstrates that Antaeus has policies, processes & procedures on place to better meet ‘Quality Management and Customer’ requirements. To become certified as ISO 9001 compliant, Antaeus underwent an extensive process of review and improvement to establish our procedures document and quality manual. To maintain its certification, Antaeus will have an annual surveillance audit to ensure that its policies and practices continue to meet standards. “As a result, our clientele can be confident that Antaeus Travel & Tourism will provide them the same high quality services well in the future”, the company said in an announcement.
