Sani Resort Picks Up Numerous Awards in 2015

Consistently recognized as one of Greece’s finest resorts and a destination on its own, the luxury Sani Resort in Halkidiki this year enjoyed heightened attention for its numerous awards and honors.

This year and for the umpteenth time Tripadvisor included the Sani Beach Hotel in the “Top 5 Hotels for Families in the world”, named it first runner-up in the category “Best Hotels for Families in Europe” and recognized it as the “Top Hotel for Families in Greece”.

The Sunday Times Travel UK newspaper this year awarded Sani with the title “Best-Value European resort” and the Condé Nast Traveller Russia named it the “Best Resort for Families in the world”.

Voyages & Hotels de Reve, the leading french magazine for discerning travellers, gave Sani the title of “Best resort for families in the Mediterranean”.

In addition, Sani received the “KPMG Annual Human Resources Award for contribution to the community and public good, through the environmental programme Sani Green” and was named “The strongest hotel enterprise in Greece” at the Active Greece Awards held in cooperation with STAT BANK.

Sani Resort also had a double win at the Greek Tourism awards 2015 as it won the “Gold award on Environmental initiatives/Public awareness/environmental indicators monitoring category” in the Sustainability & Operations category and the “Silver award on Innovative Restaurant Concept” for Tomata Restaurant.

Furthermore, Sani’s hotels Sani Beach Hotel, Porto Sani Village and Sani Asterias Suites have received the sustainability certification Travelife 2014-2016, the Green Key and ISO14001 in 2015.
