Tenor Mario Frangoulis Takes his ‘Tales of Christmas’ to London for a Cause

mario_FRCelebrated Greek tenor Mario Frangoulis will be taking the stage for a good cause on December 23, for a Christmas charity event to take place at London’s Jumeirah Carlton Tower Hotel.

Mr Frangoulis will present his latest work “Tales of Christmas” to some 400 guests, to the accompaniment of the Philharmonia Orchestra, with proceeds going to support the British Red Cross and Hellenes & Philhellenes Worldwide.

A reception with an exhibition of artworks from Greek and Philhellene artists will follow. The evening will come to a close with a formal dinner, which will include a charity auction and raffle with prizes donated by dozens of Greek, UK and international businesses.

Honourable guests include Princess Katarina of Yugoslavia and Serbia, Prince Abdullah Alsaud of Saudi Arabia, Lady Colin Campbell, the President of the British Red Cross London Lady Lamport, Vice-President of the British Red Cross London Ms Solangela Garbutt and the Greek Ambassador to the UK, Konstantinos Bikas.
