The workshop entitled “Athenian Hotelier: The mega expansion workshop” will focus on techniques and solutions aimed to help the hoteliers of the Greek capital understand the innovative development techniques of their hotel product in relation to the characteristics of the destination. Invited expert speakers will present the prospects of the destination in detail. Workshop key points – Hotel Market Analysis & Opportunity Development: Adjusting the hotel product according to the characteristics of the destination and opportunities for hotel development. – Niche Market Demand & Targeting Methods: Targeting techniques of important niche markets such as Gay & Lesbian, Luxury, Gastronomy & Wellness and the prospects of Athens to these audiences. – Digital Strategies & Content Personalisation: The optimum online marketing techniques for sales increasing using targeted content. Speakers: Theofilos Kiratsoulis, destination expert at Toposophy; Nikos S.
