Company updates MIG Sells Entire Stake in Skyserv Handling for 18m Euros by GTP editing team 22 December 2015 written by GTP editing team 22 December 2015 0 comments Share 0FacebookTwitterLinkedinWhatsappEmail 46 Marfin Investment Group (MIG) has sold its entire stake in Skyserv Handling Services for a total cash consideration of 18 million euros to Swissport Aviareps Hellas. “The sale is consistent with MIG’s stated strategy of gradual disposal of participations in non-core assets while focusing on core businesses with positive prospects, aimed at creating added value for the shareholders of the Group,” MIG said in a statement. The transfer of MIG’s entire stake in Skyserv Handling Services to Swissport Aviareps was completed on December 18. The first 10 million euros has already been paid.
