Marfin Investment Group (MIG) has sold its entire stake in Skyserv Handling Services for a total cash consideration of 18 million euros to Swissport Aviareps Hellas.

“The sale is consistent with MIG’s stated strategy of gradual disposal of participations in non-core assets while focusing on core businesses with positive prospects, aimed at creating added value for the shareholders of the Group,” MIG said in a statement.

The transfer of MIG’s entire stake in Skyserv Handling Services to Swissport Aviareps was completed on December 18.

The first 10 million euros has already been paid. Under the agreement, the remaining amount will be paid in three annual instalments.
