Cruise companies have contributed to the rise in interest with competitive prices and themed itineraries which may include anything from salsa and cuban dance trips to culinary tours and religious voyages. In view of the growing trend, Yahoo recently released the Top 10 destinations in cruise travel right now. Topping the list is of course none other than the Caribbean, thanks to its brilliant blue waters and lush tropical landscape. But Greece is also up there at Number 7 with popular cruises that offer an island hopping experience like no other, including stops at hotspots like Mykonos, Santorini, Corfu, Patmos and more. Among the other to-do cruises according to Yahoo are: Tahiti, at the heart of the French Polynesian islands in the South Pacific, the Mexican Riviera, New Zealand, Bermuda, transatlantic cruises, Hawaii, Alaska, and the Mediterranean cruise, including stops at Monte Carlo, Istanbul, Athens, and Rome.
