Travel_Massive_Thessaloniki_logoIn efforts to get the word across continents and connect travel insiders through free events around the world, Travel Massive Thessaloniki joined forces with its chapter in Johannesburg for the second event held in the northern port city last week aiming to promote it and region as a primary tourist destination.

With the aid of technology, Travel Massive presented Thessaloniki, Haklidiki and Mt Olympus, to sector insiders in Johannesburg, which it aims to bring on board as a new market for Greek tourism.

Τravel Massive Thessaloniki is moving ahead with a series of promotional events as part of its efforts to reach out to new markets. Its next happening will feature, among others, Thessaloniki and the wider region’s culinary offerings to be presented to France with the help of Travel Massive Marseille.

Travel Massive, the world’s largest open travel industry community bringing together people, ideas, skills and resources that contribute to developing the future of travel, organizes free networking events for sector professionals, travel & tourism companies, travel bloggers, startups and travel media in over 115 cities.

Events are free and open to people from all areas of the travel industry who can contribute via photos, videos and other means to the presentations.
